Ron Hamilton is the Founder and Chief Consultant of Practical Human Resources Solutions, a Human Resources Management firm that provides consulting services in areas such as training and development, OD, compensation/benefits, policy/handbook development, project management, merger transition services and interim HR management. He is also a certified trainer for Selecting Winners, one of the most comprehensive and effective recruiting, interviewing and hiring training programs on the market today.

Ron has over 20 years of Human Resources Management experience and has consulted with some of the most progressive companies in the country. Prior to starting his consulting practice in 1996, Ron served in Senior Human Resources capacities at CoreStates Financial. He was Vice President and Director of Human Resources at CoreStates New Jersey National Bank and Vice President and Director of Human Resources Services at CoreStates Financial Corp in Philadelphia.

Ron earned his M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently teaches graduate classes in Human Resources and Management as an adjunct professor at Webster University.
